How do I remove ads from a game? ▼
Each game offers a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. Go to the game's settings or main menu and look for the "Remove Ads" option. The purchase is processed securely through Google Play.
I was charged but didn't receive my purchase. What do I do? ▼
Try restarting the app. If the purchase doesn't restore, go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the game. If the issue persists, contact us at support@devcml.com with your Google Play order number.
Can I get a refund? ▼
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play. For issues outside that window, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
The game is crashing or not loading. ▼
Try these steps: (1) Force close the app and reopen it. (2) Check for updates on Google Play. (3) Restart your device. (4) If the problem continues, email us your device model and Android version at support@devcml.com.
