DevCML ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile applications Stack Builder, Word Connect, and Endless Runner (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Apps.

By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect personally identifiable information. However, our third-party service providers may collect certain information automatically, including:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
• Device type, operating system version
• App usage data and interaction events
• Crash reports and performance data

2. Third-Party Services

Our Apps use the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — for serving advertisements. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing — for processing in-app purchases. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Services — for core Android functionality and analytics.

3. In-App Purchases

Our Apps offer optional in-app purchases (such as removing ads). All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment information. All transactions are governed by Google Play's Terms of Service.

4. Advertising

Our Apps display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your interests using your Advertising ID. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time by:

• Going to your Android device Settings
• Navigating to Google → Ads
• Enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

5. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Data collected by third-party services is governed by their respective retention policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of targeted advertising
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
